"It all started out of love for water, sports and adventure. In the early 80s,
my friend and I fell in love with windsurfing. We were the pioneers of
windsurfing in Slovenia. And as usual for pioneers, we had a very strong
will, but rather poor equipment. We wanted to surf more than those 2 or 3
windy days in the summer, so we needed something that would keep us
warm and allow us to enjoy our passion even when the conditions weren't
ideal.

At that time, it was impossible to buy this type of wet suit here. Western
European countries were too expensive for us, so I decided to make my
own wetsuits. We bought some neoprene overseas, smuggled it across the
border and made our own technical wetsuits. Word spread and what
started out of necessity turned into a hobby. Then the hobby slowly grew
into a full-time job, which was closely related to the things I love.


Now, after more than twenty years of professional activity, Sandiline's
passion is still the main driving force. We love what we do, which is why
we still develop and manufacture our equipment in our facilities in
Slovenia.

To be fit for purpose, our products are carefully designed by our experts
and tested by top athletes or professional users before they hit the market.


All the gear we make is made with the same dedication and passion as
those first wetsuits for me and my friends, now with the benefit of over
two decades of experience and innovation. Thanks to these experiences,
our equipment is suitable (for specific performances in specific conditions),
durable and pleasant. Satisfied users, from Olympic medalists to elderly
ladies who have just fallen in love with the sea, prove that we have chosen
the right path - a path that we will continue to follow in the future.
